Here's how it works:
You must provide your account name and the email address that is in your profile.
If the provided information matches with our records, we'll email you a random access key which you can use to get access back to your account.

If, for some reason, the email address in your profile was not valid then you should email student@polytalk.net and prove that the account you are trying to gain access to is really yours or just create a new account.
